Look Fantastic Beauty Box Try Out

My holiday is almost here, so it was good timing when this month’s Look Fantastic Beauty Box landed! The theme for August is ‘Global Glamour’ which celebrates all things suitcase worthy to prep your beauty game for the sunshine. Stay tuned to find out what’s in this month’s box…

First up was the Skin79 Super BB cream – one that originated in Korea (and we all know how insane their skincare is). It’s an ‘all-in-one product’ that contains a powerful SPF to protect the skin, as well as containing anti-ageing ingredients and moisturizing the skin. What more could you want for a day adventure beachside, apart from my well-worn and well-loved Oliver Peoples sunglasses?  Another skincare delight this month was the Korres Moisturising Body Milk – I got the ‘Basil Lemon’ scent, a super fresh scent which would be AMAZING to wake up with.

Next comes the goodies… I’m such a make-up junkie you have no idea. My make-up bag is the size of a suitcase and I wish that was even all of it, so I definitely get SO excited when I see make-up goodies. This month includes the Magic Brow Pencil from Lord & Berry, a brand I really, really love! Not only this, gal loves a brow product so this one’s right up my street. Only downfall, I’m pretty fair headed so this one may be a tad dark! Halloween brows, anyone?

Gatineau are also a brand that I’ve grown particularly fond of, owning a few of their skin products already. This month has introduced me to their Silk Cleanser, which promise to remove all traces of make-up and leaving your skin feeling tip-top!

Last up here was the Lottie London Balm Ball. I love the look of Lottie London’s products – they’re always packaged super cute, but I haven’t had the pleasure of trying too many of their products yet, bar a few make-up brushes. Everyone loves a handbag essential, and this one’s definitely worthy of it.

Last in the box was these Mane N Tail shampoo and conditioners. Now, I’m not gonna lie – the first thing I think of when I see these is Will Ferrell in Blades Of Glory (anyone remember that?) but you know, if it’s good enough for Chazz Michael Michaels then it’s good enough for me! These are a cult fave in the US, so I’m super excited to try them out!
